Donations of any size can be made online, or by mail using this form sent to the attention of Alternatives, Inc. Resource Development Department, 4730 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago IL 60640.

Many companies support their employees through corporate matching gift donations. Before you make a financial donation to Alternatives, check with your company's Community Relations Department to see if a match can be made!

In addition to financial support, Alternatives always welcomes in-kind donations such as gift cards, sports equipment, event tickets, art supplies, board games, printing or design services and more.
